Refund policy

If you are missing pieces or receive a damaged product, don't hesitate to contact us at the email address listed on this page, and we'll help you complete your model(s)!

Once orders are placed, they can not be canceled as they are in the fulfillment queue and very hard to locate to cancel or make physical product changes to. Keep in mind that returns are free, so please contact us after receiving your order if you wish to return it.

The first Mystery Box purchased as part of a monthly subscription (with its contents still unopened) is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as they are (as the name implies) made for that specific order. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 days of the refund being issued.

Spikey Bits will cover the shipping for orders returned to us up to the amount spent by the purchaser. Please email us below to start a return.
