Magnetizing the new plastic Contemptor Dreadnought from The Age of Darkness Horus Heresy box set with this no drill magnetization kit.
All magnets are sorted into individual bags with short descriptions of where they are intended to be placed.
2pcs 4mm x 2mm disc magnets - shoulder joint
10pcs 4mm x 1mm disc magnets - options (Updated from 5 to 10 on July 24th 2024)
2pcs 6mm x 2mm disc magnets - Havoc Launcher - glued inside the torso and launcher
This is a no drill kit.
The 4mm magnets have holes ready to go from the molded kit itself from Games-Workshop.
The 6x2's are glued inside the model during assembly.
Make & Care
Our 3D-printed parts are crafted using high-definition resin at a 25-micron layer height, ensuring exceptional detail and quality far beyond standard resin prints.
To provide maximum protection during shipping, your parts will arrive with supports still attached. But don't worry—removing them is a straightforward process!
Simply apply gentle pressure to easily remove the supports without damaging the parts. We recommend starting with a non-essential area to get comfortable with the process.
Once the supports are removed, you may notice some minor remnants that can be easily smoothed out with additional finishing before priming, especially on smaller or more delicate parts. With a little care and patience, your models will be ready for painting and assembly in no time!
It is recommended to wear appropriate protective equipment when sanding resin. Unless otherwise specified, these items will require assembly, either as their own model or as an upgrade for an existing kit. For best results, gel superglue is recommended.
